The amount of money promised to Dr. Bechmann (CYRIL SHAPS) and Professor Markovitz (MILO SPERBER) by billionaire shipping magnate Karl Stromberg (CURT JURGENS) for developing the nuclear submarine tracking system in The Spy Who Loved Me. Unfortunately, after they’ve delivered the system, their helicopter is blown out of the sky by Stromberg, who also cancels the transfer of the $20 million.
