(1909-1984) Leading British actor (The Desert Fox, Lolita, The Prisoner of Zenda) who in 1976 was under prime consideration for the role of Karl Stromberg in The Spy Who Loved Me, probably because of the parallels with his Captain Nemo in 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
