A delicate part of the plastic surgery operation planned by Ernst Stavro Blofeld (CHARLES GRAY) in Diamonds Are Forever to create a duplicate of himself. This phase deals specifically with the nose. Bond (SEAN CONNERY) breaks into Blofeld’s South American facility and kills what he thinks is the genuine Blofeld. Unfortunately, it’s just one of many Blofelds that the real SPECTRE chief has already duplicated.
