Crude torture device used by an associate of Soviet masterspy Le Chiffre (PETER LORRE) on captured James Bond’s (BARRY NELSON) toes in the TV film Casino Royale.  Le Chiffre needs to know what Bond has done with the check for 87 million francs in baccarat winnings—a sum that the Russian must return immediately to Soviet coffers.
