(Paris, France, December 6, 1914-September 5, 1993) Cinematographer on The Spy Who Loved Me, who is the grandson of the famous Impressionist painter, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, and nephew of film director Jean Renoir. Prior to The Spy Who Loved Me, Renoir was the cinematographer on two other Lewis Gilbert productions—The Adventurers (1970) and Paul and Michelle (1974).
