The number of deadly nerve-gas—carrying globes (out of a total of 50) that are successfully launched by Hugo Drax (MICHAEL LONSDALE) from his radar-invisible space station, in Moonraker. Stealing a shuttle equipped with a nose-mounted laser cannon, James Bond (ROGER MOORE) and Dr. Goodhead (LOIS CHILES) must destroy all three globes before they can enter the Earth’s atmosphere.
