WHITE, JACK

(July 9, 1975–     ): American singer-songwriter and actor who, with Alicia Keys, sang “Another Way to Die,” the opening-titles song to Quantum of Solace. A native of Detroit, White has won twelve Grammys, including four for his alternative rock duo (with ex-wife Meg White) the White Stripes.

White made his credited acting debut as Jack in the segment “Jack Shows Meg His Tesla Coil” from director Jim Jarmusch’s anthology film Coffee and Cigarettes (2003), which also featured future Bond player Isaach De Bankolé.
