Definitely working for the drug cartel that has been using heroin-laced bananas to finance a revolution, she lures Bond (Sean Connery) to her dressing room after he blows up Mr. Ramirez’s drug operation. There he picks her up out of the bathtub, kisses her—and then sees an assassin (Alf Joint), a.k.a. the capungo, reflected in her pupils. Whirling around, Bond shoves Bonita in front of the capungo’s billy club, and she gets a good thwacking.
