The code name given to the convoy of military vehicles that will assault Fort Knox in Goldfinger. Smuggled across the Mexican border by underworld confederates of Mr. Strap (Hal Galili), the convoy consists of jeeps, trucks, and an ambulance equipped with Goldfinger’s laser. In the jargon of Operation Grand Slam, Goldfinger is the Grand Slam Task Force Leader.

Note: If you want to see how the convoy transitions from shooting at the real Fort Knox to the Pinewood Studios backlot, just look at the last vehicle in line. In Kentucky, it’s a US Army Dodge Weapons Carrier. At Pinewood, it’s a standard pickup truck.
