Worn by Sir Robert King (DAVID CALDER), a doomed construction magnate in The World Is Not Enough. It contains a tiny radio transmitter that detonates a “highly compacted fertilizer bomb” implanted in a case full of money, which King had used to buy stolen data reports from the Russian Atomic Energy Department—reports that identified the terrorists who are intent on destroying his new oil pipeline. When the money is returned to him by James Bond (PIERCE BROSNAN), King dies in the resultant explosion.
