(May 12, 1981–     ): Academy Award–winning American actor who portrayed principal villain Safin in No Time to Die.

A Los Angeles native, Malek received his Oscar for his astonishing portrait of Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody (2018). Film audiences first noticed him as the pharaoh Ahkmenrah in Night at the Museum (2006), his feature film debut, and its two sequels. Malek also has a huge television following for his portrayal of hacker Elliot Alderson in the series Mr. Robot (45 episodes, 2015–2019).
