He’s portrayed by Lester Prendergast in Dr. No. Puss-Feller is also a friend of Quarrel, who used to wrestle alligators for a living. First appearing as an enemy of Bond, Puss-Feller joins forces with 007 when Felix Leiter explains that they’re working on the same side.
