Dr. Kananga‘s (YAPHET KOTTO) weapon in Live and Let Die. It fires compressed gas pellets, one of which Bond (ROGER MOORE) stuffs in Kananga’s mouth in the climactic underwater fight scene. Detonated, the bullet causes the drug smuggler to super-inflate, rise to the ceiling, and explode.
