Bond’s (PIERCE BROSNAN) residence in Hamburg, Germany, in Tomorrow Never Dies. While posing as a banker, he checks into the Atlantic and later infiltrates sinister media mogul Elliot Carver‘s (JONATHAN PRYCE) cable network. It’s at the Atlantic that Bond beds former lover Paris Carver (TERI HATCHER), who’s later shot by the sinister hitman Dr. Kaufman (VINCENT SCHIAVELLI). And it’s in the Atlantic’s parking garage that Bond is involved in the film’s best set piece —the wild car chase through the structure, with Bond sitting in the backseat of his BMW 750 while operating Q’s ingenious remote-control device.
