(July 27, 1968–     ): Italian actress who portrayed Julietta the Cigar Girl in The World Is Not Enough. Cucinotta first came to the attention of American audiences when she portrayed the fetching love interest of the poor postman in the international hit Il Postino (1994). In The World Is Not Enough, she’s called the Cigar Girl because she offers a cigar to Bond (Pierce Brosnan) in the teaser sequence set in Bilbao, Spain. A native of Messina, Sicily, Cucinotta made her motion picture debut as Arabella in director Enrico Oldoini’s romantic comedy Vacanze di Natale ’90 (1990), which also featured Bond player Corinne Cléry.
