(August 22, 1927–     ): British actor who portrayed the unnamed plastic surgeon in charge of creating clones of Blofeld (Charles Gray) in Diamonds Are Forever. He also dubbed the voice of Marc-Ange Draco (Gabriele Ferzetti) in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.

A native of London, De Keyser made his credited motion picture debut in director John Boorman’s musical comedy Having a Wild Weekend (1965).
