(March 29, 1928–April 19, 2004): Lean British character actor who portrayed Vargas, the sullen SPECTRE gunman and right arm of Emilio Largo (Adolfo Celi) in Thunderball.

Born in St. Marylebone, London, Locke made his credited big-screen debut as the vicar in writer/director Jerome Epstein’s comedy Follow That Man (1961).
