Yuppie financial wizard, portrayed by Anthony Starke, who works for South American drug lord Franz Sanchez (ROBERT DAVI) in Licence to Kill. The ever-greedy Truman-Lodge maintains the books for a rapidly expanding cocaine empire based in fictional Isthmus City.

He also monitors the Olimpatec Meditation Institute, a phony religious organization that produces a television show that’s used to communicate current drug prices to Sanchez’s clientele

When Bond (TIMOTHY DALTON) begins to destroy Sanchez’s operation piece by piece, Truman-Lodge begins to come unglued. His whining irritates an already exasperated Sanchez, who simply turns his submachine gun on him.
