(October 4, 1962–     ): Mexican actor who portrayed renegade Bolivian General Medrano in Quantum of Solace. A native of Tepic, Nayarit, Cosio made his motion picture debut in director Walter Doehner’s romantic drama The Blue Room (2002). The Bond movie was his English-language debut.
