One of Auric Goldfinger’s henchmen, portrayed by Michael Mellinger in Goldfinger. It’s Kisch who handcuffs James Bond (Sean Connery) to the ticking atomic device placed inside Fort Knox.

When Goldfinger’s troops are attacked by the surprisingly healthy US Army garrison, Kisch is locked inside the vault with Bond and Oddjob (Harold Sakata). When he threatens to disarm the bomb, Kisch is killed by the unreasonably loyal Oddjob, who tosses him off the top floor of the vault.
