Stunning Hong Kong narcotics agent, portrayed by ex-Playboy magazine playmate Diana Lee-Hsu, who is working undercover as the girlfriend of one of Franz Sanchez‘s (ROBERT DAVI) Far Eastern drug distributors in Licence to Kill.

Loti and her associate Kwang (CARY-HIROYUKI TAGAWA) are about to break a major case against Sanchez, when James Bond (TIMOTHY DALTON), working as a rogue agent, disrupts their plan by attempting to assassinate the drug lord. Dressed in Ninja outfits, Kwang and Loti disarm Bond and bring him to their safe house, where he’s strapped to a table. Unfortunately, Sanchez’s private army soon attacks, and both Loti and Kwang are killed.
