MIKLOS, ROSIKA

Contributed by: The Complete James Bond Movie Encyclopedia by Steven Jay Rubin

Voluptuous Czechoslovakian gasworks employee and British agent, portrayed by Julie T. Wallace, in The Living Daylights. To help spirit defecting Russian General Georgi Koskov (JEROEN KRABBÉ) through the pipes into Austria, Miklos and Bond (TIMOTHY DALTON) lower their charge into the pipe-cleaning scouring plug that has been modified to carry a human being. She then instructs Bond to fire the pig into the pipeline when the pressure reaches 100 pounds.

To distract the gasworks supervisor (PETER PORTEOUS, who played Lenkin, the jewel forger in Octopussy), Rosika enters his office, unzips her coveralls and plunges his nose into her cleavage. When the pressure hits 100, Bond zaps Koskov into the pipeline, creating a lot of noise, none of which is heard by the thoroughly distracted gasworks supervisor. Score one for Miklos.
