Shaped like a giant octopus, it was designed by Peter Lamont for Octopussy. Said Lamont, “The bed was made from polystyrene, and once we approved the shape, the whole thing was strengthened with wire mesh and linen soaked in plaster, primed, sealed, and covered in red ochre. It was then rubbed down to give the impression of wood.” Octopussy (MAUD ADAMS) and James Bond (ROGER MOORE) are relaxing on this unusual bed when the buzz saw yo-yo man strikes.
