SKYFLEET S570 PROTOTYPE

Fictional jumbo airliner—billed as the largest airplane in the world—that becomes a terrorist target in Casino Royale. Orchestrated by Le Chiffre (Mads Mikkelsen), the plot is to destroy the prototype while shorting Skyfleet stock. Le Chiffre plans to make a bundle on the move—he just doesn’t figure on James Bond (Daniel Craig) gumming up the works. Le Chiffre’s losses: $101,206,000. In the real world, the S570 was an augmented 747-200 that had originally been used by British Airways and flew for European Aviation Air Charter and Air Atlanta Europe before being retired from service.
