American submarine that is the third and last nuclear sub captured by megalomaniac Karl Stromberg (Curt Jurgens) with his Liparus supertanker in The Spy Who Loved Me.

Captained by Commander Carter (Shane Rimmer), the sub is left behind when the other two hijacked craft, redesignated Stromberg 1 and Stromberg 2, leave on their apocalyptic mission. When Bond (Roger Moore) leads an eventually successful attack on the Liparus’s crew and command center, the surviving submariners board the Wayne, which escapes from the doomed supertanker.
