A standing cash offer to anyone who will secure the release of South American drug lord Franz Sanchez (ROBERT DAVI) in Licence to Kill. DEA agent Killifer (EVERETT MCGILL) succumbs to the bribe and helps Sanchez escape from Key West, Florida. However, James Bond (TIMOTHY DALTON) finds Killifer and throws him to the sharks, along with his money. Two million dollars is also Bond’s credit limit at Sanchez’s casino in Isthmus City.
