Formidable African terrorist bombmaker portrayed by Sébastien Foucan in Casino Royale. It is Mollaka whom Bond (Daniel Craig) identifies in a crowded bazaar on Madagascar, and pursues in one of the great chase scenes ever filmed. A master of the acrobatic art of parkour, Mollaka jumps, leaps, flies, and tumbles, and although he isn’t nearly as skilled, Bond (Daniel Craig) matches him almost every step of the way—eventually tracking the elusive terrorist to an embassy compound, where he assassinates the man, a memorable villain in one of the most memorable sequences in the entire series. By the way, that’s really Foucan parkouring his way through the sequence—he’s a master at the art.
