Incredibly exciting movement discipline practiced by enemy bomb maker Mollaka (Sébastien Foucan) during the construction site chase at the beginning of Casino Royale. Running and jumping across treacherous gaps and at dizzying heights, it’s a discipline that defies description. Needless to say, the sequence, which took six weeks to shoot, gets this James Bond movie off to an incredibly rousing start. Foucan is actually one of the originators of parkour.
