A fictional African nation’s diplomatic headquarters, to which Bond (Daniel Craig) tracks the fleet-footed bomb maker Mollaka (Sébastien Foucan) in Casino Royale. Determined to stop another terrorist attack, 007 blasts his way in and out of the embassy, cornering Mollaka and taking him out—unfortunately, in full view of security cameras. He does recover Mollaka’s pipe bombs and a cell phone with the mysterious “Ellipsis” message among its incoming texts.
