A SPECTRE front managed by Mr. Osato (TERU SHIMADA), in You Only Live Twice. Osato is a multifaceted company with manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and shipping interests. The company’s liquid oxygen product (LOX) is being used by Blofeld (DONALD PLEASENCE) as a propellant for the SPECTRE Intruder rocket ship. His shipping line, based in Kobe, is transporting the LOX to the rocket base.

Bond (SEAN CONNERY) breaks into Osato Chemical when he follows Henderson‘s (CHARLES GRAY) assassin to the corporate headquarters building in Tokyo. Later 007 returns to the company, posing as Mr. Fisher, the manager of Empire Chemicals.
