Henchman of Emilio Largo (Adolfo Celi) portrayed by Bill Cummings in Thunderball. He bungles an assassination attempt on Bond (Sean Connery) in 007’s hotel room in Nassau, Bahamas. Disarmed, he’s sent back to Largo with the message “The little fish I throw back into the sea.” Largo subsequently throws poor Quist to his sharks.
