Causeway in the Florida Keys where traitorous DEA agent Killifer (Everett McGill) hijacks an armored truck carrying notorious drug runner Franz Sanchez (Robert Davi) in Licence to Kill. Driving off the bridge into the water, Killifer and Sanchez are rescued by scuba divers who work for local cocaine distributor Milton Krest (Anthony Zerbe).
