(July 1, 1985– ): Sultry French actress who portrayed Dr. Madeleine Swann in Spectre and No Time to Die. A native of Paris, Seydoux made her motion picture debut as Aurore in director Sylvie Ayme’s comedy Girlfriends (2006).
International audiences first discovered her as Charlotte LaPadite in director Quentin Tarantino’s World War II revenge fantasy Inglourious Basterds (2009). Director Woody Allen later cast her as Gabrielle, a Parisian antiques dealer in Midnight in Paris (2011), in which she bonds with Owen Wilson. She’s been on A-lists ever since, working in a variety of films, including Mission: Impossible—Ghost Protocol (2011); Blue Is the Warmest Colour (2013); The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014); The Lobster (2015); and The Command (2018), with fellow Bond player Max von Sydow (Never Say Never Again).
