Afghan drug wholesalers who are rumored to be the biggest opium dealers in the Golden Crescent in The Living Daylights. Dealing with renegade Russian general Georgi Koskov (Jeroen Krabbé) and his partner, arms dealer Brad Whitaker (Joe Don Baker), the brotherhood is about to be involved in a huge raw-opium-for-diamonds swap.

Unfortunately for Koskov and Whitaker, James Bond (Timothy Dalton) hijacks the transport carrying the illegal drugs and jettisons the entire load.
