British foreign-office agent, portrayed by Bernard Cribbins, who masquerades in West Berlin as Mata Bond‘s (JOANNA PETTET) cabdriver in the 1967 spoof Casino Royale. He eventually helps her escape from the Mata Hari Dance and Spy School.
