Extremely soft-spoken, portly assassin employed by Kananga (YAPHET KOTTO) in Live and Let Die and portrayed by Earl Jolly Brown. Whisper is the driver of the white Cadillac “pimpmobile” that kills Bond’s (ROGER MOORE) CIA chauffeur (JOIE CHITWOOD) in New York City.

Later, on San Monique, Whisper impersonates a waiter who delivers champagne and threats to Bond’s hotel room. In the film’s conclusion, Whisper gets into a fight with Bond and is pushed into a drug-ferrying metal canister.
