BROWN, EARL JOLLY

(October 18, 1939–August 24, 2006): Portly American actor, briefly in film and television, who portrayed the extremely soft-spoken henchman Whisper in Live and Let Die, his film debut. The following year, he portrayed Jelly in director Robert Clouse’s action comedy Black Belt Jones (1974), which costarred his Live and Let Die castmate Gloria Hendry.
