Brand of bulletproof glass two inches thick, that coats the outer windows of drug runner Franz Sanchez’s (ROBERT DAVI) upper-story office in Licence to Kill. In order to assassinate Sanchez with his signature sniper’s rifle, Bond (TIMOTHY DALTON) first has to blow out the windows with plastic explosive. That works, but before he can pull the trigger, he’s jumped by a pair of Ninja-dressed Hong Kong narcotics officers who are outraged at Bond’s rogue actions, which will jeopardize their own operation.
