What Bond (Pierce Brosnan) suffers when he falls from an obliterated hot air balloon in the pre-credits teaser for The World Is Not Enough. To avoid sick leave, he uses his legendary sexual charms to convince Secret Service physician Dr. Molly Warmflash (Serena Scott Thomas) to send him back into action. However, the disability hampers his mobility at key times, a bit of intelligence that Elektra King (Sophie Marceau) passes on to her villainous lover Renard (Robert Carlyle).
