Facility in Severnaya, Northern Russia, that employs computer analyst Natalya Fyodorovna Simonova (Izabella Scorupco) in GoldenEye. In a test of the capabilities of GoldenEye, a weapons system that can launch a deadly electromagnetic pulse from a roving space satellite, renegade Russian general Ourumov (Gottfried John) and his murderous associate Xenia Onatopp (Famke Janssen) destroy this space center after machine-gunning the crew.
