Site of a clandestine meeting between terrorist financier Le Chiffre (Mads Mikkelsen) and rebel leader Steven Obanno (Isaach De Bankolé) of the Lord’s Resistance Army, orchestrated by the mysterious Mr. White (Jesper Christensen) in Casino Royale. Obanno is entrusting Le Chiffre with millions for investment purposes, which he stresses must be a no-risk proposition. However, Le Chiffre uses the entrusted funds to short the aerospace company Skyfleet, betting their stock will crash after he engineers the destruction of their new airliner prototype. When Bond thwarts his plan, Le Chiffre has no choice but to gamble the rest of Obanno’s money in a high-stakes Texas hold’em poker tournament.
