Fictional hotel in Tangier where SPECTRE operative Mr. White (Jesper Christensen) keeps a secret room in Spectre. White informs Bond (Daniel Craig) that “L’Américain” is the key to tracking down his mysterious superior, Franz Oberhauser (Christoph Waltz).

White’s daughter, Dr. Madeleine Swann (Léa Seydoux), leads 007 to the hotel, where, thanks to a field mouse’s clue, he breaks through a wall and discovers the secret chamber. Clues there lead them to Oberhauser’s base of operations in the Moroccan desert. Also among the mementos is Vesper Lynd’s interrogation tape.
